Found a bug or have an idea? Here's how to tell us, and what to include so we can fix it fast.

Have an Idea?
Come hang out in the Club NYC Discord. It’s where we share first looks at new places, ask what to build next, and hear what you’d like to see. Discord is for ages 13+ (older in some countries), and our server has its own rules.
Found a Bug?
Tell us in the Discord. To help us fix it fast, include:
- Your in-game name.
- Where you were (for example, “Times Square” or “in Halal Rush”).
- What you did, step by step.
- What happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and computer (for example, “Chrome on a Windows laptop”).
- A screenshot, if you can.
Someone Breaking the Rules?
That’s not a bug report: use Report on their player card, so moderators see their recent chat. Report a Player
